We offer one-on-one support for ages 11 and up, with a special focus on neurodivergent individuals—especially those living with Autism or ADHD.

Our approach is compassionate, flexible, and always centered around the person in front of us. We take time to really understand each client, helping them feel seen and build on the strengths they already have.

We also know that support doesn’t stop at the therapy room. That’s why we offer help for parents and families too—because growth and healing happen best when everyone feels supported.

At the heart of what we do is a simple belief: everyone deserves to feel understood, supported, and never alone in what they’re going through.

Therapy Services

Many of the clients we work with  feel burned out, overwhelmed, or stuck—whether they’re facing big life changes, relationship struggles, decision fatigue, or just trying to manage everyday stress. and some feel “too sensitive” or “too different,”. In our work together, we’ll build on your natural strengths and interests, turning them into practical coping tools to help you manage stress, navigate change, and feel more in control.
